- This action is for the award of 10 Engineering Work Directives (EWDs) in support of the Allison Transmission Systems Technical Support (STS). These EWDs will be awarded against contract, W56HZV-08-D-0159 under delivery order 0036, as four individual Cost plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) completion CLINs and six CPFF Term CLINs. This offer is being restricted to the approved source, Allison Transmission, Inc. CAGE: 73342. Only the approved source will be considered for this buy.
