- The US Department of Interior, National Park Service, Yellowstone National Park, intends to award a sole source, firm fixed-priced base plus four years purchase order on behalf of the Yellowstone 911 Dispatch Center. The purchase order will be issued under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1). The purpose of this procurement is to obtain an annual service maintenance agreement and support for eight (8) ProQA software license to include all updates, upgrades, service and support for all EMD products and services. Base year: August 1, 2016 through July 31, 2017 Option Year One: August 1, 2017 through July 31, 2018 Option Year Two: August 1, 2018 through July 31, 2019 Option Year Three: August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020 Option Year Four: August 1, 2020 through July 31, 2021 Maintenance agreement must provide customer phone support, software updates and upgrades for all existing ProQA licenses. Yellowstone National Park is not requesting new licenses. We are requesting software support for our current licenses. Medical Priority Consultants provides software support for our existing ProQA licenses.
