- Invitation For Bid_HSCG88-16-B-PQQ197 This work includes maintenance dredging of up to 1,000 cubic yards (CY) at the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Marine Safety Unit (MSU) Portland. The final project depth shall is -11.65 ft. Columbia River Datum (CRD). One foot of over depth is authorized to -12.65 ft. All dredged shall be loaded into a scow and disposed of at an upland site. All work shall be completed during the approved in-water work window of July 01, to October 31.
