- Past Performance Survey Past Performance Questionnaire Cover Letter Past Performance Reference List Performance Work Statement Solicitation Government Policy Notice to Offerors 1. Description of Services The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform the rental and laundry services for shop rags in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at Yokota Air Base and Tokorozawa site. The total estimated annual workload of each shop is listed in Appendix A of the PWS. The Contractor shall comply with applicable laws and regulations of the Governments of Japan and the United States including Japan Environmental Governing Standards (JEGS) and AFI 32-7042, Waste Minimization 2. Delivery and Cleaning Rags The Contractor shall provide the rags and furnish containers owned by the Contractor and the service which shall meet the requirements described in Para 1.1.1. thru Para 1.2.1. of the PWS. 3. Pre-Bid/Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Vist: The Pre-bid/Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit for bidders will be conducted at 374 CONS and the sites on 7 Jul 2016 at 1400 hours, JST. If you need to attend the site visit, please make an appointment with the POC and come to the Supply Gate, Yokota Air Base, Japan by 1320 hours to obtain the passes. You must bring the proper identification (valid passport or driver's license with 8 digits password). For the vehicle pass, please make sure that you bring the proper original insurance documents. Failure to provide the proper documentation may cause you not to be able to enter Yokota, Air Base. The site is further away from the Supply Gate, therefore, please come by car. The Government will not provide any transportations to participants. Firms wishing to obtain complete solicitation package upon release are requested to respond in writing to this notice to Ms. Eriko Fukushima, Contracting Officer, by e-mail eriko.fukushima.jp@us.af.mil or Mr. Setsuo Yamamoto, Contract Specialist, by e-mail setsuo.yamamoto.jp@us.af.mil.
