- Notice of Intent Mt. Hood National Forest 16400 Champion Way Sandy, OR 97055 June 30, 2016 RE: AG-046W-S-16-0036 This is not a request for Quotes - This is a notice of the Government's intent to issue a sole source award to StrategyWorks, Inc. located at 11301 San Antonio, NE, Albuquerque, NM 87122, under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1 (b) (1), only one responsible source is available and no other services will satisfy the agency's requirements. Region 6, Regional Office, Employee Development Program, intends to procure training/development services based on an existing Region 5 training curriculum developed in 2012. Consisting of professional development training services to provide supervisory training workshops for the Region 6 Pacific Northwest Region. The training workshop should include a series of skills, tools and methods for increasing overall effectiveness of communication, building effective teams and creating a productive and cohesive workplace that develops culturally competent and inclusive managers. The contractor shall furnish all labor, personnel, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, travel and incidentals, except those designated as Government-furnished property, to perform all work necessary for the completion of the workshops. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations, however, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by Friday, July 15, 2016, 2:00pm PST to the Point of Contact listed below. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
