- Description
- Mechanical fuel reduction work will take place on USFS system lands on the Klamath National Forest in order to improve the ability of land managers to protect values at risk from wildfires and to improve the efficient management of fire on the landscape. This work is planned within the Mid-Klamath Rivers Community Project area, in unincorporated rural Siskiyou County, California. Response Location: Offers will be accepted at the Northern California Acquisition Service Area, Redding Office, located within the Shasta-Trinity National Forest Headquarters at 3644 Avtech Parkway, Redding, CA 96002 NO LATER than 3:00 p.m. PDT on date indicated on solicitation. SAM REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. SAM is a consolidation of the former Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and On-line Representation and Certification Application (ORCA) databases.
