- Additional Drawings SF 30 Amendment PROJECT TITLE: Transmitter Chassis Cables LOCATION OF WORK: Vendor Location NAICS CODE: 334419 - Other Electronic Component Manufacturing, and the small-business size standard is 750 Employees. SET-ASIDE STATUS: Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business DESCRIPTION: The Department of Commerce (DOC) National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Weather Service (NWS) Radar Operations Center (ROC) requires a source to manufacture and deliver the following items in accordance with government provided drawings. Manufacture and deliver the below CLINs IAW drawings provided. All necessary drawings are provided; drawings for 69 different cables, Bill of Materials (BOM) for the 69 cables, and drawings referenced in the BOMs for the 69 cables. No parts substitution allowed unless approved by the Government in advance. CLIN 0001 - First Article - Manufacture and deliver 1 set of 69 transmitter chassis cables for Government inspection and testing. The set of cables is defined in solicitation. CLIN 0002 - Following Government acceptance of CLIN 0001, manufacture and deliver 219 sets of 66 transmitter chassis cables. The cables in CLIN 0002 shall be packaged and delivered as individual sets of cables. This set of 66 cables is defined in solicitation CLIN 0003 - Following Government acceptance of CLIN 0001, manufacture and deliver 30 sets of "FAA Only" transmitter chassis cables. One set is defined as 1 each of cables 2320303-301 and 2320304-301. CLIN 0004 - Following Government acceptance of CLIN 0001, deliver 219 cables IAW drawing 2320229-302. Delivery Schedule: CLIN 0001 - 45 calendar days ARO CLIN 0002 - Begin deliveries of cable sets 45 days after Government acceptance of CLIN 0001. Deliveries in lots of 30 sets or more each month until complete is acceptable. CLIN 0003 - Deliver 30 sets along with first CLIN 0002 Lot delivery. CLIN 0004 - Deliver all 219 cables within 45 days after Government acceptance of CLIN 0001. TENTATIVE SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE: June 17, 2016 PROPOSAL DUE DATE: July 14, 2016 ANTICIPATED AWARD DATE: July 30, 2016 CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION: To be eligible for award, a contractor must (1) be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.
