- 30 Jun 16: The final Request for Proposal is posted as Solicitation# FA4600-16-R-0001_JNWC. https://www.fbo.gov/spg/USAF/ACC/55CONS/FA4600-16-R-0001_JNWC/listing.html After today, this notice will no longer be updated and will be Archived on 15 July 2016. ---------- 9 Jun 16: Additional Questions and Answers and an updated Partnering Opportunities spreadsheet are posted. ---------- 31 May 16: Additional Questions and Answers are posted. ---------- 20 May 16: Updated Draft RFP documents are uploaded for industry review. ---------- 19 May 16: The instructions for obtaining access to the JNWC technical repository are uploaded. ---------- 9 May 16: The projected release of Formal RFP is approximately the last week of June. Once the RFP is released, offerors will have at least 30 calendar days to submit proposals. ---------- 18 Apr 16: Questions and Answers are posted. Also posted is the name and contact information for companies that provided their information to me regarding potential partnering opportunities. ---------- 22 Mar 16: A draft version of the PWS, Section L, and Section M are attached for indistry review. All comments and questions shall be submitted in writing to Justin Pedersen ( justin.pedersen.3@us.af.mil ); Questions/Comments and Government responses will be posted to this notice for interested parties to review. Prospective offerors are also advised that you may submit your company's contact information to Justin Pedersen if you seek partnering opportunities. This information will be consolidated and posted to this notice on 19 April. ---------- 14 Jan 16: The acquisition planning continues to progres. Draft documents are anticipated to become available for posting early February. The formal RFP release is currently anticipated to be released the end of May/early June 2016. ---------- 1. This is a Sources Sought synopsis being conducted pursuant to FAR Part 10, Market Research. This is for planning purposes only and there is no solicitation available at this time. 2. The 55th Contracting Squadron at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska seeks potential sources to perform a variety of non-personal services in support of the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) located at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico. This is an initial step in the planning process for a follow-on acquisition to the current non-personnal services contract which is anticipated to end 30 September 2017. 3. This information will only be used for market research purposes and will not be used for proposal evaluation. All information received will be protected and safeguarded as ACQUISITION/SOURCE SELECTION SENSITIVE in accordance with FAR Part 2.101 and 3.104. This sources sought synopsis should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. Any information provided as a result of this sources sought synopsis is voluntary and the Government will not pay for any information submitted. There is no solicitation available at this time. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. To support contractor teaming and/or subcontracting arrangements a list of contractors responding to this synopsis may be posted when available. 4.
