Description: RFPA16-1601 with all enclosures Ames Laboratory, under a prime contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), is seeking to purchase an OLED U-V-L Test System and an OLED Lifetime Test System. The intended use of the OLED I-V-L tester is intended to be used for I-V-L (current-voltage-luminance) characterization of organic light sources. The intended use of the OLED lifetime tester is in measuring several parameters of an organic light source over an extended time frame.
