Description
The purpose of this Request of Offer is to seek competent, qualified, responsive contractor to perform complete Janitorial Services at the Aspen Air Traffic Control Tower in accordance with the specifications, frequency schedule, contract clauses, wage rates, and terms and conditions, etc. The FAA contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract. THIS IS FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. THERE IS NO SET ASIDE. -Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price -Service Contract Act Wage Determination Rates Apply -Offers Are Due: JULY 28, 2016 at 2:00PM PACIFIC TIME -NAICS Code: 561720 Janitorial Services, $18.0 million. Summary of Services: Base Period: October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017, plus 4 option years. DETAILS FOR ATTENDING SITE VISIT: There is a one-time site visit scheduled on July 13, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time at the FAA Aspen ATCT, Aspen, Colorado. FAA urges and expects offerors to inspect the site where the work will be performed. a. The meeting point for the site visit is: Aspen Air Traffic Control Tower Pitkin County Airport 0150 Airport Road Aspen, CO, 81611 b. To attend the site visit, advance notice is required by July 12, 2016 at 2:00PM Mountain Time to the FAA POC identified below. You are required to provide your company name and representative(s) full name and contact phone number(s). There will be no substitutions or add-ons after the cutoff date. FAA Points of Contact for Site Visit is: Steven Goyette, email: steven.goyette@faa.gov c. The FAA facility escort has been instructed not to answer any questions about the project during the site visit, please do not ask them any. All questions from the site visit must be submitted in writing according to the RFO s instructions in Section B, Clause B002 Solicitation Questions. The FAA does not assume responsibility for any understanding reached or representation made concerning conditions, which can affect the work, by any of its officers or agents before the execution of this contract unless that understanding or representation is expressly stated in the contract. Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management, www.sam.gov on the date established for receipt of offers (July 18, 2016). Reference AMS Clause 3.3.1-33, paragraph (d), if the offeror does not become registered in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer may proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror.
