- Description
- The Missile Defense Agency is pleased to announce the award of Technical, Engineering, Advisory, and Management Support (TEAMS) Weapons and Missiles Systems Engineering contract to Parsons Government Services Inc., Pasadena, California (HQ0147-16-C-0042). The Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contract has an awarded value of $455,096,167 (2 year base and 3 one year options). This contract provides requirements generation, allocation, tracking, and traceability of complex weapons systems at the system and sub-system levels; systems and subsystems design and development; integration of system and subsystem hardware (HW) and software (SW), including development of specifications, utilization matrices, and management and test plans; performance assessment and verification at the system and subsystem levels; deployment of systems and subsystems; development, deployment, test, inspection and other aspects of targets and countermeasures for complex weapons systems tests; sustainment engineering of systems and subsystems; analysis of systems and subsystems for planning documents, configuration control, and risk management; assessment of system prime contractor proposed Modeling and Simulation (M&S) efforts and the development of M&S product Verification, Validation and Accreditation (VV&A) plans for systems and subsystems. This procurement is managed by the Missile Defense Agency Consolidated Support services program office. The period of performance is through June 2021.
