- Attachment 2 Past Performance Attachment 1 Course-Price Offering Sheet RFQ RRB16Q0023 - Professional Training Services This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subject 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. Offerors may send questions regarding this solicitation to proposals@rrb.gov on or before July 7, 2016 by 11:00am CDT. This solicitation is issued as a Request-For-Quotation RRB16Q0023. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2005-87-2. C. This solicitation is full and open (unrestricted) and is seeking price quotations for the provision of professional training services for the U.S. Railroad Retirement Board (RRB) to be held between August 8, 2016 and December 31, 2016. Quotations in response to this RFQ are due on July 15, 2016, by 10:00am CDT. Please see the attached RFQ documents for further information regarding this solicitation. The RRB may choose to award multiple delivery/purchase orders based on the offered courses and the lowest price offered for each course.
