- Request For Quote This Request for Quote (RFQ) is provide Smalltooth Sawfish Outreach Services for the National Marine Fisheries Service in St. Petersburg, FL. Please follow the offeror instructions listed in the solicitation document. The NAICS code for this action is 541990. The government intends to procure supplies using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The government requires all contractors doing business with the government to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
