- Notice of Intent for award of sole source purchase order for one year of Commercial Perpetual Group Maintenance of 5 Software License Renewals for MATLAB by The Mathworks, Inc. for the Air Force Research Labs (AFRL). Description: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The 377 MSG/ Contracting Division Kirtland AFB, NM intend to award a sole source contract to The Mathworks, Inc. for the purchase of MATLAB Software License renewals. The Mathworks, Inc. is the only authorized vendor encompassing service and maintenance for the MATLAB license renewals for the US Air Force under $25,000. Anticipated date of award is 20 July 2016. The FSC Code is D399, the NAICS Code is 511210 and the size standard is $38,500,000.00. Interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement within fifteen (15) days of this announcement.
