- Amendment Three This procurement is for the replacement of the navigation simulator system at the USCG Academy. Please refer to the uploaded documents for information on this procurement. The revised Request for Proposal letter is attached as Amendment Three dated 6/30/2016 to HSCG23-16-R-PXC002. This amendment formally changes by Contracting Officer signature the NAICs code and establishes the due date for questions for two Q&A sessions for this solicitation. The NAICs code for this solicitation has been changed to 333318 Other Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing. In addition, the first Q&A due date for questions is changed to 7/6/2016. A second Q&A session has been established and the due date for questions is 7/18/2016. Please refer to the RFP letter attached. Amendment Two dated 6/24/2015 is cancelled in its entirety and replaced with Amendment Three.
