- Synopsis - Physician and Nurse documentation paper template system (W81K00-16-T-0036) The Regional Health Contracting Office - Central, Joint Base San Antonio - Fort Sam Houston, Texas has a requirement to obtain a Physician and Registered Nurse documentation paper template system for the San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMMC), Fort Sam Houston, Texas, Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center (CRDAMC), Fort Hood, Texas, and General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital (GLWACH), Fort Leonard-Wood, Missouri. The solicitation number is W81K00-16-T-0036. The solicitation will be available on/about 30 June 2016 at FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). Prospective offerors are advised that if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made. The solicitation will close on/about 1 Augist 2016. It is the intent of the Government to make one delivery order contract in which task/delivery orders can be made. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be physically issued, and telephone and faxed requests for the solicitation will not be honored.
