Description

SPECIAL NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO)16, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) and FAR 52.237-3 Continuity of Services intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Navarre Corporation, 7649 Gulf Blvd, Navarre, FL 32566, for a two month bridge/interim contract for continuation of patient ground transportation services for the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VAMC Center, Jackson, MS. NAICS 485991 applies. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government and would not interrupt patient care for this emergency continuation of patient ground transportation services. Responses must be received no later than 1:00pm EST/EDST on July 8, 2016. No emails with questions will be accepted.
