Description
GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Farmington City: New Mexico Delineated Area: Within City Limits of Farmington, New Mexico Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,870 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,000 Space Type: 1,520 Office; 200 Storage; 150 USF Other Parking Spaces (Total): 6 At No Cost to Government Parking Spaces (Surface): 6 At No Cost to Government Parking Spaces (Structured): [...0...] Parking Spaces (Reserved): [...0...] Full Term: [...15 years...] Firm Term: [...10 years...] Option Term: [...None...] Additional Requirements: Agencies can be co-located in separate office spaces Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the [100/500] year flood plain. Expressions of interest must include name, address, and telephone number of the individual to be contacted, and evidence of authority to represent the owner. Also include the following: · Building name and address and location of the available space within the building · Rentable Square Feet (RSF) available and expected rental rate per RSF, fully serviced · ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any · Date of space availability · Building ownership information · Amount of parking available on-site and its cost.
