- VENDOR COLLABORATION - ITAR Training / Small Business Outreach Event at Doolittle Institute, Fort Walton Beach, FL 30 June 2016 Amendment: Registration is extended until 11:59 a.m. (CST) on 6 July 2016. 9 June 2016 Amendment: This is a reminder that businesses involved with Export Control are invited to register for this FREE training/outreach event being held on 7 July 2016. Registration will close at 1:00 p.m. (CST) on 30 June 2016. Please submit a completed Registration Form for each attendee to aac.sb@us.af.mil. All questions may also be sent to the same email account. The Doolittle Institute and AFLCMC Small Business Office will host a no cost International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) Training / Small Business Outreach Event on 7 July 2016 starting at 8:00 a.m. (CST), at the Doolittle Institute, 73 Eglin Pkwy, Suite 112, (Uptown Station), Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548. The intent of this workshop is to engage attendees in a dialogue around the topic of Export Control and give attendees an understanding of risks involved for companies, the basic understanding of Export Control concepts and regulations, an understanding of why they should address this subject, and a way forward to compliance. Registration Procedures for the Training / Small Business Event: Complete the attached Registration Form for each attendee and submit it, via email to aac.sb@us.af.mil, no later than 1:00 p.m. (CST) on 30 June 2016. Due to limited capacity (66 seats), each small business is authorized to register up to, but no more than, two (2) attendees. REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN for the 7 July 2016 International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) Training / Small Business Outreach Event. Businesses involved with Export Control are invited to register for this no cost training / outreach event no later than 1:00 p.m. (CST) on 30 June 2016.
