- SF 1449 #8 Statement of Work #7 QASP Matrix #6 QASP Non-Subsafe #5 Past Performance Information #4 Past Performance Report #3 Status Report Requirement #2 DD254 #1 Manning Tables This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the informaiton in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.5, using Simplified Acquitision Procedures, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only soliciation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICIATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitaion SHALL be posted on FEDBIZOPPS. The RFQ number is N39040-16-T-0172. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 05-88 and DFARS Change Notice 2016-0607. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE solicitation. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing non-subsafe outside machinists tasks to support 688 Class Submarines (in accordance with attached solicitation). System for Award Management (SAM): Vendors must be registered in SAM database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://www.sam.gov. METHOD OF PROPOSAL SUBMISSION: Offers shall be emailed to patricia.perkins@navy.mil. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. All quotes shall include a completed SF1449, a Point of Contact, name, email address, phone/FAX number, cage code and business size. Each response must clearly indicate the capability of the quoter to meet all specifications and requirements.
