- Pre-Solicitation Synopsis THIS PROCUREMENT IS ANTICIPATED TO BE A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT TO KEYSIGHT TECHNOLOGIES, INC. (CAGE CODE: 1LQK8). THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT POSSES THE NECESSARY DATA TO QUALIFY NEW SOURCES.
