- The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify qualified Small Businesses, 8(a) Small Businesses [including Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB), Woman-owned Small Businesses (WOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUB Zone) Small Businesses, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB)] that are interested and capable of providing for the Bulk Fuel requirement for DLA Energy FEBAB. This Sources Sought Notice covers the bulk fuels requirement for DLA Energy's customers located in the Inland/East/Gulf Coast regions of the United States. The Government anticipates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Type, Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment contract resulting from this announcement. The total estimated quantities for the subject solicitation are listed below. The expected period of performance is Date of Award through March 31, 2017, with a 30-day carryover.
