- Statement of Work for Light Weight Drop Side Rail Deck Gooseneck Trailer W900KK-16-T-0009 Light Weight Drop Side Rail Deck Gooseneck Trailer This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation reference number is W900KK-16-T-0009. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-85-1. This procurement is being solicited as a full and open competition. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 333924 with a size standard of 750. This procurement will be awarded using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) outlined in FAR Part 8. U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC-Orlando) in Orlando, Florida intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) standalone contract. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. This procurement is to purchase: CLIN 1 - Light Weight Drop Side Rail Deck Gooseneck Trailer (FFP) (See Performance Work Statement, Attachment 1) The government anticipates award no later than about 31 July 2016. Place of Delivery: Threat Systems Management Office Building 4497, Digney Road Redstone Arsenal, Al 35898 Delivery date: Deliver is required NLT 70 calendar days after receipt of order Evaluation Criteria: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsive, responsible offeror, whose offer conforms to this notice and represents the best value to the Government, in terms of lowest price with a technical acceptable proposal (Low Price Technically Acceptable). A firm fixed price contract will be awarded. All offerors' quotes shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial as notification of submission of representations with their offer. The representation and certification information may be found in SAM and Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information System (FAPIIS ). All offerors MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM); SAM registration requirements may be viewed via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ or by calling the SAM help desk at 1-888-227-2423. For payment purposes, invoices will be submitted through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), Clause 252.232-7006. More information will be provided upon contract award. Progress payments are authorized.
