- Sole Source Justification Letter *** THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE*** The 90th Contracting Squadron, FE Warren AFB, WY intend to purchase from Crash Data Group, Inc. in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy The Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to meet this requirement by July 7, 2016. Additionally, any response to this notice shall show clear, compelling and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. No reimbursement for any costs connected with providing capability information will be provided.
