- This is a Sources Sought to identify potential offerors for the need for Remote Cardiac Outpatient Telemetry and Wireless Cardiac Event services for diagnosing Veterans located at the Iowa City VA Health Care System. This is not a solicitation for offers. A solicitation will be posted at a later date. Ambulatory Remote Telemetry and Cardiac Event Technology: the contractor would provide continuous ambulatory telemetry device for Veterans experiencing intermittent symptoms, such as palpitations, syncope, dizziness, and shortness of breath, as well as a trial fibrillation reporting. The device is given to Veterans to use for up to 30 days after the evaluation period, the Veteran returns the device in an envelope either to the company or to the VA. Please see the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and respond by e-mail to Sara Hanson, contract specialist, at sara.hanson@va.gov (phone 612-344-2151), by Friday, July 8, 2016, close of business, with a Capability Statement and potential pricing. Also, indicate whether your organization is capable and interested in performing this type of work for VA. Also identify your business type: whether your organization is a Service Disabled Veterans Owned Small Business (SVOSB), a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), a Small Business, a large corporation, or other business status. This Sources Sought notice is issued for purposes of market research only and to identify vendors, collect capability statements and other helpful information for a potential procurement. Your response will be treated as information only. Your will not be used as a proposal.
