- Amendment 1 (effective 6/30/2016: The Site Visit conducted on June 28, 2016 did not result in any written questions from the participants. Therefore, all Contractors submitting offers should base proposals using only the existing specifications and drawings. Any future Q&A's will be published as amendments if any are received. The FAA has a requirement to provide additional air-conditioning for the UPS Room located at the Anchorage International Air Traffic Control Tower (ANC ATCT). This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 238220 Plumbing, Heating and Air-conditioning Contractors ($15M). See the solicitation and attachments for details. See Section L (page 32) of the solicitation for information on the Pre-Bid Site Visit planned for Tuesday June 28, 2016 at 10AM. Offers are due July19, 2016. NOTE: This was previously solicited on DTFANM-16-R-00108 which was cancelled due to concerns with the accuracy of the specifications and drawings. After review, the FAA has decided to re-solicit this requirement.
