- RFQ Template This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) PR# F4DEB16147A001 Submit written offers IAW CLIN structure outlined in RFQ template. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-87 (effective 06 Apr 2016) and DFARS DPN 20160325, (effective 25 Mar 2016 ). This procurement is being conducted as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(a) and FAR 8.602(a)(4)(i). The associated North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) is 325520, Adhesive Manufacturing, and the applicable small business size standard is 500 employees. Purchase Request #: F4DEB16147A001 Project Title : 576th FLTS Silicone Kits Quotes should conform to the CLIN structure as established in the attached RFQ Template, a quote sheet is provided and shall be used to provide quotes.
