- Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA), under authority of General Services Adminstration delegation, seeks to lease the following space: State: District of Columbia City: Washington Min Sq Ft 28,000 USF Max Sq Ft 29,000 USF Min Sq Ft 32,400 RSF Max Sq Ft 33,000 RSF Space Type: Office/Custom Parking Spaces: 60 Term: Up to 5 years; 12 months notice to vacate Additional Requirements: - Offered space must be no more than three contiguous floors. - 60 secure parking spaces may be on site or within a 2 block walking distance. - Security measures at the entrance and within the lease space are required. - The offered premises must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility (ABAAS), seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. - The Government will consider alternative space if economically advantageous. Evaluation of all costs required to meet the applicable federal lease standards as well as relocation costs if applicable including physical move, replication of tenant improvement and telecommunication infrastructure and nonproductive agency downtime. - To be considered potentially responsive, all submisisons of expression of interest should address/include responses to all of the information requested. In the event that a prospective offeror fails to provide requested information as part of its response to this notification, the Government reserves the right to eliminate the prospective buidling from further consideration. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at a minimum: a. buidling name/address and location of available space within the building b. rentable square feet available and the expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced. c. ANSI/BOMA offeas area (ABOA) square feet to be offered and the expected rental rate d.
