Description: The work to be performed consists of providing the labor, equipment, and materials to construct a parking lot for the residents of NASA-AFRC building B4811. The site for the parking lot is an empty field across from B4811. Therefore the work will involve demolition, earthwork, concrete placement, striping, sidewalk re-configuration, parking lot lighting and associated underground electrical work. The parking lot is anticipated to accomodate 78 parking spaces. NASA-AFRC intends to issue a solicitation for this requirement within the next 30 days.
