- Combined Synopsis Solicitation Clinical Online Training Courseware This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, and 13.106, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued; the provisions and clauses incorporated herein are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-23, effective June 12, 2008. The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center/Employee Education Resource Center, St. Louis, MO proposes to enter into a firm fixed price, competitive commercial contract. This solicitation is set-aside for small businesses, and The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 611430 and the small business size standard is $11 million.
