- Bid Schedule Boat PWS Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The purpose of this requirement is to acquire Contractor support services to assist 628 Logistics Readiness Squadron, in performing maintenance and repair of the Waterfront Operations small vessel and support equipment here at Joint Base Charleston. The contractor shall perform all work in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, Headquarters Air Force standards, instructions, and commercial practices.
