This is the past performance questionnaire This is the wage determination this is the cost breakdown sheet for price proposal This project is restricted to Woman-Owned Small Business The US Government needs a design-build project to renovate the roof and exterior surfaces of the Sherman Federal Courthouse, in Sherman, Texas. This will include HVAC components located on the roof area. A key element of the design-build is the HISTORICAL Renovation. The order of magnitude for this project is anticipated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.00. Source Selection Evaluation criteria: Best Value-Trade Off. Period of Performance: 80 days for design, 285 for construction. The Site Visit for this project will be 8 July 2016 at 11:00am. Please contact Mr. Byron Rowland, the government project manager.
