- The United States Coast Guard Research & Development Center intends to negotiate and award a sole-source fixed price purchase order with GATR Technologies of Huntsville, AL for the field testing of a 2.4m inflatable satellite antenna in Nome, AK. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541712. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurement(s). To be eligible for award, offeror must be registered with the System Award System (NAICS) Management System (SAM) www.sam.gov.
