- The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), intends to issue a request for proposals to construct eight additional pervious parking spaces in an existing lot in Beltsville, Maryland. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The NAICS code is 237310, with a small business size standard of $36.5 million. This procurement will be set aside for small businesses only.
