- THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO EXERCISE THE OPTION UNDER FAR CLAUSE 52.217-9, OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT. This action will result in a modification to Contract IBM14F0069 with Softchoice Corporation, 314 W Superior St. Ste 301, Chicago, IL 60654. This option exercise will be at the current rates specified in the contract and will extend the period of performance to September 27, 2017. Total value of this option exercise is $45,580.75. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
