- LCLSC16Q0020 The Technology Policy Directorate of the Library of Congress seeks expert consultation and research to continue the development of color analysis targets that advance the state of the art in color measurement and imaging device characterization. The purpose of this contract is to evaluate the new Next Generation Target, specifically testing the new target against the ColorChecker SG and IT8 7.1 reflective targets. The effectiveness of the next generation target shall be evaluated using a representative sample of the digitization systems (scanners and cameras) in use throughout the Library of Congress.
