- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Bliss, Texas intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for the Installation of a sliding glass door in Building 11685 located at Fort Bliss, TX. In accordance with the contract specifications, the contractor shall have experience in performing construction to include new work, additions, alterations, maintenance and related structures and evidence that it has complied with all laws and regulations when performing this work. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) that this project falls under is 238390 Other Building Finishing Contractors with a Size Standard of $15M. The Government anticipates a delivery date of 18 July 2016 after Notice to Proceed (NTP) has been issued. The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000. A site visit is required. All questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted no later than 8:00 AM MST on 8 July 2016. The closing date and time for receipt of proposals is 12:00 PM MST on 12 July 2016. Prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award management (SAM) in order to be eligible to receive an award from this solicitation.
