- The purpose of this Amendment (0001) is to add 2 additional attachments to the solicitation - W31P4Q-16-R-0124. The Transportation Plan for Taiwan has been added and is Attachment 0005 and must be requested by the contractor to david.c.webb8.civ@mail.mil. The TDP for the Shipping/Packaging Containers for the Chaparral Missile Class V Components are in Attachment 0006 which will be included in this announcement. The RFP has been extended to 11 July 2016 since 9 July 2016 is on a Saturday and is due by COB at 4:30 C.S.T.
