- The Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price purchase order to Mentor Resources, Inc. located at PO Box 470035, San Francisco, CA 94147 for mentoring software application platform (WisdomShare) to support OPIC's Interagency Mentoring program with partner agencies, currently the Export-Import Bank and the Millennium Challenge Corporation. Mentor Resources, Inc. will provide up to 500 licenses including Administrator access to OPIC and partner agencies - and Single Sign-On access capabilities. Mentor Resources has created OPIC-specific products and is FedRamp certified through the Amazon Cloud. The acquisition will be made in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2). OPIC intends to make an award around July 15, 2016. The period of performance of the purchase order is projected to be one (1) base year and (3) option years. This is not a request for proposals nor will a solicitation be issued.
