- NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville has a requirement for Shipping Containers that are to be Regulated/Certified by the Department of Transportation, under NAICS 332439. A base with two one-year option periods is anticipated. This acquisition will be accomplished in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996, as implemented by FAR Part 13.5 Test Program of Certain Commercial Items and Total Small Business Set-Aside, 100%. The solicitation resulting from this announcement is posted on http://www.fedbizops.gov website. The Government will not distribute a (paper) copy of the solicitation or amendment documents. Prospective offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation package. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offerors to access the posted documents, telephone and fax requests are not acceptable. A draft of the solicitation has been posted, and is subject to change. This notice of intent is neither a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor a solicitation of offers.
