- Sole Source J&A Telecommunications Information Administration (NTIA) intends to negotiate and award a Sole Source Firm-Fixed Price purchase order to Comsearch to upgrade the current specialized iQ.link software running on a Unix-based platform at DOC NTIA to the latest multi-platform COTS iQ.linkXG software product. CLIN 0001, 3 User iQlinkXG Perpetual License, COTS iQ.linkXG software, Implementation of TIA Bulletin 10-F, implementation of analog interface analysis capabilities ��, First year of software support and maintenance, Quantity one (1) Each; CLIN 0002, Migration of existing NTIA databases to iQ.linkXG, Quantity one (1) Each; CLIN 0003, Installation and Training, IT support for installation of iQ.linkXG on NTIA Windows server (two day on-site user training), Quantity one (1) Each; CLIN 0004, Implementation of using NTIA/FCC mask as default C/I and T/I curves, Quantity one (1) Each; and CLIN 0005, Implementation of automated C/I and T/I 10-F Interference Criteria Calculator, Quantity one (1) Each. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations; no solicitation is available. Written documentation submitted by interested parties of their bona fide capability to fulfill the requirement will be reviewed only to determine if it is necessary to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government's determination not to compete this requirement is exclusively within the discretion of the Government.
