- **The solicitation is expected to be posted in July 11, 2016** ** The original acquistion methodology for this acquisition was as a 100% set aside. As of June 24, 2016 this acquistion is under full and open procedures. ** This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice of the Government's intent to issue a solicitation for the design and build of two warehouses in Pijaos, Colombia. The order of magnitude for this requirement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The estimated period of performance is 165 calendar days. The solicitation is expected to be posted in July 11, 2016 and available for 30 days - reference SAQMMA-16-R-0245. Proposal response time and submittal will be specified at the time the solicitation is posted. A pre-proposal conference and/or site visit(s) will be scheduled and included in the solicitation. Award of a Firm-Fixed Price Construction Type Contract is anticipated within 60 days of proposal receipt.
