Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Contracting Office intends to issue a sole source award, base + 4 option years, for monthly Q2Q HD Comcast Cable TV programming services for (68) rooms at the Central Western Massachusetts (CWM) VAMC with Comcast of Massachusetts. Comcast is the cable television provider on the CWM VAMC campus and all infrastructures currently in place require a Comcast monthly television service contract. There are no other vendors that can provide these monthly cable television services. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures as authorized by FAR 13-106-1(b). This notice is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation for offers.
