Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, VA118-16-Q-1264, is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Acquisition and Logistics, Technology Acquisition Center. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2016 and the latest version of the VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) supplement. This RFQ is issued on a competitive basis, as a total Small-Business set-aside.
