- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Services (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) program has a requirement for a 5 Year fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for approximately 250 bags (50 pounds each) Food Grade white corn masa flour, fine ground with additives used for human consumption delivered to Edinburg Texas approximately every 55 days as Mexican Fruit Fly production needs indicate (approximately 1650 bags a year). There may be changes in demand (these are estimates) as the Mexican Fruit Fly production changes.
