- (i) This is an award notice for commercial items acquired in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. (ii) This action results from a Small Business Set-aside. (iii) This award incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-73. (v) List of contract line item numbers, items, quantities, and units of measure - Please see attached Line Item Listing. (vi) Description of Requirement - The DHHS, a laboratory supply, medical supply, and pharmaceutical depot, has a need for a Mini Spray Dryer for operations at a DHHS supported federal government facility. The DHHS, SSC in Perry Point, Maryland supports other federal government agencies exclusively in CONUS and OCONUS. (vii) Delivery and all services shall be performed at the DHHS, SSC, Perry Point.
