- Specifications Plans Solicitation W911WN-16-T-8015 This is a solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 36. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, has a requirement for the removal and replacement of the existing hot water heating system and the installation of a new variable refrigerant flow (VRF) heat pump system as indicated in the attached drawings. Please see the Specifications for a complete description of the requirements. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is a firm-fixed price, Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible offerors are encouraged to participate. The period of performance to complete all work will be 90 days after the contractor receives a Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote through the Federal Business Opportunities (wwww.fbo.gov), therefore, requests for hardcopies of the solicitation will not be honored. In order to receive notification of any amendments to this solicitation, interested vendors must register as an interested vendor in the www.fbo.gov website. If you are not registered, the Government is not responsible for providing notification of changes to the solicitation.
