- Autocertificazione della comunicazione antimafia Dichiarazione sostitutiva di certificazione Past performance questionnaire experience questionnaire solicitation combined synopsis solicitation The purpose of this requirement is to have minor repair to return the quarters in the original condition after a service member vacates or in case of an emergency unforeseen breakage of vital areas.The most frequent minor repair work are the following: replace the faucet filter or complete faucet at sink; provide metal water stoppers if missing; replace shower partition; install shower curtain; replace shower partition or shower box ; clean and install filter/grill to each drain system on the balcony floor; clean and disinfect the water tank, replace floating valve; cleaning of filters of air conditioning unit; repair or replace the drain system pump; repair and restore the electrical system after the short circuit; replace burned sockets and circuit breakers, test and replace ( when date expired on the detectors covers; replace ' Vortice' fans on bathroom and kitchen walls, replace medicine cabinet in bathroom; replace electrical lock at the pedestrian gate; repair or replace ceiling and walls light fixture; furnish coded remote controls for alarm systems, automatic gates and A/C systems; test, repair or replace parts of centralized sat system in common areas, replace sat dish, re-alignment of the sat dish on AFN; replace door locks; duplicate keys; replace window and door glasses; replace broken doors panels; replace or repair install curtain rods at window or balcony doors; replace or replace doors and window handles; repair and varnish the playground equipment( metal and wood), cut grass in the yard ; entomology service for basement, storage rooms and yard.
