- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis is as follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-16-T-0104 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 11 Jul 2016. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88 and DPN 20160607. DPAS Rating is DO-C9E. This is a total small business set aside. The North American Industrial Classification System codes are 423440. This procurement constitutes Item 0001 through 0004. Required Items and Descriptions are as follows. CLIN 0001 --- CUSTOM SERVING LINE COUNTER, HOT FOOD COUNTER / 4 Each, CLIN 0002 --- CUSTOM SERVING LINE COUNTER, OPEN COUNTER / 2 Each, CLIN 0003 --- CUSTOM COLD COUNTER (PASTRY Counter) / 2 Each, CLIN 0004 --- CUSTOM COLD FOOD COUNTERS (SALAD COUNTER))/ 2 Each. The Government may make single award. Award will be made in accordance with the FAR Lowest Price Technically Acceptable source selection process (LPTA), to the responsive Offeror whose offer is the lowest price meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards in accordance with the technical specifications in the solicitation. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004Alt I unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted offer. The solicitation (Request for Quotation), when released, will be available electronically at the following web sites https://www.neco.navy.mil and/or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ under solicitation M67400-16-T-0104. The solicitation also may be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed.
