- Attachment 2 - Terms and Conditions Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement (i) The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) has a requirement for crane lift support services, including Engineering, Crane, Rigging and Staging support, for a complex vertical lift to be performed at the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station (CCAFS) in Cape Canaveral, Florida. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) titled "Crane, Rigging and Staging Requirements" for further information (Attachment 1). (ii) This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (iii) This solicitation documents and incorporates those provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88 (05-16-2016). (iv) The North American Industry Classification System Code is 238990. (v) The Government will award one (1) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract as a result of this solicitation utilizing FAR Part 13 simplified acquisition procedures, as authorized by FAR Subpart 13.5, to the maximum extent practicable. The Government will award a single contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose proposal, conforming to this RFP, represents the lowest-priced-technically-acceptable proposal (See Attachment 2). (vi) The provisions at 52.212.1, Instructions to Offeror-Commercial and 52.212-1 (Addendum) shall apply to this acquisition (See Attachment 2). (vii) The provision at 52.212.2, Evaluation -Commercial Items shall apply to this acquisition (See Attachment 2). (viii) Please see attachments for further information regarding this opportunity: Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement Attachment 2 - Terms and Conditions (ix) Proposals are due no later than 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), July 15, 2016 (See "Submittal Instructions" section of Attachment 2) (x) Any questions regarding any aspect of this RFP are due no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST), July 08, 2016 (See "Questions" section of Attachment 2). (xi) All questions shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Jose Blanco via email at jose.blance@ssp.navy.mil and the Contract Specialist, Charles Poston via e-mail at charles.poston@ssp.nay.mil. Questions and answers will be issued as a synopsis/solicitation amendment and will be made available for viewing by all interested vendors. (xii) All proposals shall be submitted by e-mail to Jose Blanco via email at jose.blance@ssp.navy.mil and the Contract Specialist, Charles Poston via e-mail at charles.poston@ssp.nay.mil with the subject line, "N00030-16-R-0001" (See "Submittal Instructions" section of Attachment 2). (xiii) No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. This solicitation shall not be construed as a commitment of any kind.
